## What You Can See [#what-you-can-see]

Depending on your activity, Analytics can show:

* total scan trends
* daily scan activity
* country distribution
* recent activity
* QR-specific performance

## A Good Review Routine [#a-good-review-routine]

<Steps>
  <Step>
    Start with the dashboard for a quick health check.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Open Analytics for a deeper look.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Filter by date range first.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Narrow by QR code or country only when you need more detail.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Filters [#filters]

Use filters to focus the results you care about.

You can filter by:

* date range
* QR code
* country

If you want to broaden the view again, clear the filters and start over from the full organization picture.

## Dashboard vs Analytics Page [#dashboard-vs-analytics-page]

* The dashboard is best for quick daily review.
* The Analytics page is better when you want to explore trends in more detail.

## Common Analytics Questions [#common-analytics-questions]

<Accordions type="single">
  <Accordion title="What is the best filter order?">
    Choose the date range first, narrow to one QR code if needed, and add country filtering only when you want regional detail. This usually makes trends easier to read than applying many filters at once.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The dates look wrong. What should I check?">
    GeoQR uses the timezone from your account settings when showing date-based analytics views. Update your timezone first if the dates look off.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why am I not seeing data yet?">
    If a QR was just published, scan it yourself once or twice with a real device and give the data a little time to appear before assuming the analytics flow is broken.
  </Accordion>
</Accordions>
