After creating a new organization, GeoQR asks you to choose a plan.

## During Plan Selection [#during-plan-selection]

You can:

* compare available plans
* review usage limits
* start checkout
* continue to the dashboard once your organization has access

## What To Look At Before Choosing [#what-to-look-at-before-choosing]

Before you pick a plan, compare:

* how many QR codes you expect to publish
* how many domains you need
* whether your team needs media uploads
* how much scan volume you expect over time

If you are choosing your first plan, it is usually better to pick for your immediate launch needs rather than trying to predict every future campaign on day one.

## Trial and Active Access [#trial-and-active-access]

Depending on your plan, you may see trial access before the first paid billing period begins.

Once the organization has access, you can use paid areas such as:

* QR codes
* domains
* analytics
* media

## If You Cannot Change Billing Yourself [#if-you-cannot-change-billing-yourself]

Depending on your organization role, you may be able to view billing information without being the person who manages plan changes. If you cannot complete the billing action you need, ask an organization owner or admin to handle it.

If the Billing page is visible but the controls you expected are missing, this is usually a role issue rather than a checkout issue.

## If Checkout Was Not Completed [#if-checkout-was-not-completed]

If checkout was started but not finished:

* GeoQR shows that the selected plan is still pending
* you can choose that plan again to resume checkout

## If You Skip Too Early [#if-you-skip-too-early]

If your organization does not yet have access, the app can still show billing-related pages, but paid feature areas stay locked until access is active.

## What To Do Next [#what-to-do-next]

After billing access is active:

1. Open the dashboard.
2. Add a custom domain if needed.
3. Upload any design assets you want to use.
4. Create and publish your first QR code.
