# Navigate the Dashboard (/docs/getting-started/navigate-the-dashboard)

Once you are inside the app, the dashboard and sidebar help you move through the main areas of GeoQR.

## Main Navigation [#main-navigation]

The main sidebar gives you access to:

* Dashboard
* QR Codes
* Media
* Domains
* Analytics

## Where To Go Next [#where-to-go-next]

If your goal is:

* create a QR code quickly: use **Quick create** in the sidebar
* build a QR code step by step: go to **QR Codes**
* upload logos or images: go to **Media**
* set up branded links: go to **Domains**
* review scan performance: go to **Analytics**
* update your organization or team: go to **Settings**

## What the Dashboard Shows [#what-the-dashboard-shows]

The dashboard is designed as a quick overview of organization activity.

You may see:

* greeting and current filters
* scan trends
* country breakdowns
* recent activity
* usage summaries tied to your plan

## Settings and Notifications [#settings-and-notifications]

Use settings for:

* account and security
* notifications
* organization settings
* members
* billing

Use the notification bell to review unread issues that need attention.

## Account Menu and Organization Switching [#account-menu-and-organization-switching]

Open the account menu in the sidebar when you need to:

* switch to another organization
* open Settings
* open Help
* change theme
* log out

If you belong to more than one organization, use the **Organization** section in that menu to switch between them.

## A Good First Workflow [#a-good-first-workflow]

For most new organizations, a sensible order is:

1. open Domains if you want a branded link
2. open Media if you want to use logos or images
3. open QR Codes and build your first draft
4. return to Analytics after the QR starts receiving scans

## Recent QR Codes [#recent-qr-codes]

The sidebar can also show recently updated QR codes so you can jump directly into editing them.

## Quick Create [#quick-create]

Use **Quick create** in the sidebar when you have a default URL and want to create a published QR code with a domain and optional design template. GeoQR opens the QR edit screen after creation so you can review the setup, add routing rules, or refine the design.
