## What the Media Library Is For [#what-the-media-library-is-for]

Use Media when you want to:

* upload logo or brand images
* reuse artwork across multiple QR codes
* preview the files already available in your organization
* remove files you no longer need

## Uploading Files [#uploading-files]

<Steps>
  <Step>
    Drag and drop a file into the upload area or click to browse from your device.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Let the upload finish, then open the preview to confirm you picked the correct asset.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Return to the QR design step and apply the file only after the preview looks correct.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Supported image types:

* JPG or JPEG
* PNG
* SVG
* WEBP

Uploads start immediately after you drop or select a file.

For best results, use clean, high-quality images and avoid uploading multiple versions of the same file unless your team really needs them.

## Common Media Questions [#common-media-questions]

<Accordions type="single">
  <Accordion title="What happens when I reach the storage limit?">
    GeoQR applies your plan's media file limit per organization. When you reach that limit, the upload area becomes unavailable until you delete an existing file.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why should I preview the file first?">
    The preview confirms you uploaded the right artwork before you apply it to a QR design. It is the fastest way to catch duplicate files or the wrong logo variation.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why can I not delete a file yet?">
    GeoQR checks whether the file is still referenced by a QR code. If it is, update those QR codes first, then return and delete the file.
  </Accordion>
</Accordions>
