# Manage Existing QR Codes (/docs/qr-codes/manage-existing-qr-codes)



After a QR code exists, you can return to it from the QR list or from the recent QR section in the sidebar.

## Finding the Right QR Faster [#finding-the-right-qr-faster]

The QR list supports:

* search
* sorting
* opening a QR directly from the list

This is especially useful once your organization has more than a few active codes.

## What You Can Update [#what-you-can-update]

You can return to a QR code and change:

* its internal name
* serving domain
* destination rules
* design
* linked media

You can also use **Templates** while editing a QR code to apply an organization design template or save the current appearance as a template.

## Draft vs Published [#draft-vs-published]

GeoQR distinguishes between draft QR codes and published QR codes.

* Drafts are still being prepared.
* Published QR codes are live.

You can continue updating published QR codes when needed, but always test again before sharing updates broadly.

## Verify URLs [#verify-urls]

From the QR list, you can run a URL verification action for a QR code. This is useful when you want GeoQR to re-check destination links and refresh any redirect-safety warnings.

## Deleting a QR Code [#deleting-a-qr-code]

If you no longer need a QR code, you can delete it from the row actions menu.

Important behavior:

* deleting a QR code means it will no longer work when scanned
* the action cannot be undone
* it is best used only when you are sure the QR should no longer be active

## Reviewing Attention Issues [#reviewing-attention-issues]

If a QR has a destination problem, GeoQR may surface that through the editor or notification inbox. Open the QR, review the destinations, fix the issue, and test again.
