3. QR Code Generation

GeoQR allows users to create customized QR codes, including options to tailor redirection destinations based on geographic locations.

4. Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content linked to through QR codes generated on GeoQR. You must ensure that linked content complies with all legal and ethical standards.

5. Safety Disclaimer

While GeoQR employs measures to scan and verify URLs for safety, we cannot guarantee the safety of linked content. Users should exercise caution when accessing linked pages.

6. Prohibited Use

Users may not create QR codes that link to malicious, harmful, or illegal content. GeoQR reserves the right to take action against users who violate this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership rights of the QR codes they create on GeoQR. However, GeoQR may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytical and marketing purposes.

8. Privacy Policy

By using GeoQR, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Termination of Service

GeoQR may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in illegal activities. You may also terminate your account at any time.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation, with Danish law governing the resolution. The arbitration or mediation proceedings shall take place in Kolding, Denmark, and the language of the proceedings shall be Danish unless otherwise agreed upon by all parties involved.

14. Billing and Subscription

GeoQR offers subscription-based services with recurring billing. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined on our platform.

14.1 Payment

You authorize GeoQR to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring subscription fees. Payment is due in advance of each billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

14.2 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but GeoQR does not provide refunds or prorated credits for any unused portion of the subscription period. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your access to the platform will be terminated.

14.3 Changes to Subscription Fees

GeoQR reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide notice of any changes in advance, and your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

14.4 Payment Disputes

If you dispute any charges on your account, you must notify GeoQR within 7 days of the billing date. Failure to do so will constitute acceptance of the charges.

14.5 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription to GeoQR's services.
