Deleting Media

Navigate to the Media Tab

Begin by navigating to the Media tab located in the sidebar of your dashboard.

Hover Over the Image

Within the Media tab, hover over the image that you wish to delete. A trashcan icon will appear on the image.

Click the Trashcan Icon

Click on the trashcan icon to initiate the deletion process. A dialog box will then appear, asking if you are sure you want to delete the media.

Confirm Deletion

If you are sure you want to delete the media, click the "Continue" button within the dialog box to proceed with the deletion.

Handling Media in Use on QR Codes

If the media you are attempting to delete is currently in use on a QR code, you will receive a notification indicating that the media cannot be deleted until the associated QR code(s) are removed.

The dialog box will display a list of QR codes where the media is in use. You can then choose to delete those QR codes first to ensure that the media can be deleted without affecting the functionality of the QR codes.

Delete Associated QR Codes (If Necessary)

If required, navigate to the QR codes associated with the media you wish to delete and proceed to delete them first.

Once the associated QR codes have been deleted, you can return to the Media tab and proceed with deleting the media as described in steps 2-4.
